Delivery Fees
To ensure total transparency, delivery fees are calculated automatically by our system on the website based on your location before you finalize and submit your order at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
The standard delivery timeline begins from the day following your order placement up to the day our delivery associate makes the first attempt to deliver the package to your address:
- Cairo & Giza: Delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
- Other Governorates & Cities: Delivered within 5 to 6 working days.
Our Business Days
Our courier operations and fulfillment processes run from Saturday to Thursday. Please note that business days do not include weekends (Fridays) or official public holidays.
Order Tracking & Dispatch
You will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information the moment the delivery company picks up your package from our fulfillment center.
